We ship worldwide. However, shipping fees may vary depending on your location.

We typically process orders within 3-5 days for standard orders. 10-14 days for customized orders. However, during peak seasons, processing times may be longer.

We charge a $50.00 non-refundable deposit to be applied to your order. In the event of a customer-initiated cancellation your deposit will be forfeited.
